Cayman Realty Consultants introduces the new property management division. Our company goal is to set a new standard in providing excellent property management services comprising of real time communication between property manager and client, affordable and customizable packages to suite all customer’s needs and innovative strategies in maximizing your property revenues. 


.:. Standard Plan

This package is customizable for our clients who choose not to rent their property:

  1. Weekly property inspections including minor repairs needed, (light bulbs, smoke detector battery                replacement) routine check on appliances and touch-up cleaning (sweeping, dusting, window and sliding door cleaning)

  2. Weekly scheduling and supervision of pool maintenance, landscaping, pest and air-conditioning or/and any maintenance required

  3. Weekly bookkeeping

  4. Monthly statements to be mailed or emailed to owner with copies of any expenses pertaining to the property

  5. Monthly visual inspections of the roof, windows, doors, cistern water levels and mechanical operating equipment to be completed.  If any part of the property requires repairs, our property manager will photograph the item and forward our recommendations including two quotes for your review.

  6. Concierge service available, including car pickup, groceries and house preparation … (extra cost)

  7. 24/7 Emergency service


Available but not limited to extra services such as: watering plants, house arrival set-up, owner car drop-off and pickup, emergency visits.



.:. Advanced Plan

This package is customizable for our clients who choose to rent their property:

  6. Sunshine cleaning included after every rented period.

  7. Department of tourisms inspection (Cost to owner for annual accommodation license)

  8. House arrival set-up for guests
